TeachAgMech
The Agricultural Mechanics Resource Portfolio
About TeachAgMech
TeachAgMech was developed to assist all teachers of courses in the applied agricultural engineering program of study. I am still figuring out the profession as an ag mechanics teacher a couple years in, and quite literally learning every day. As a new teacher taking on this career, I spent countless hours looking for resources not just for my students, but for me, being someone who did not have very much experience in a shop. That is when I developed the idea to create a website that incorporated helpful and accurate education resources in one place as my graduate final project.
With the immense shortage of agricultural science teachers, especially those that teach in the ag mechanics field, I pray that this site can make a difference in new and prospective teachers confidence in taking on the role as an Ag Mechanics teacher. I hope that this site can continue to assist established teachers as well.
